1.The effect of electrode size scaling. In EDM process, the mismatch between the actual spark gap and the electrode scaling will directly affect the precision of the machining dimension.
2.Extreme actual size, the effect of translational control. The actual size of the electrode plays a decisive role in the finished size of the machining site when the electrode is not used for translational machining.
3.The influence of electric parameter adjustment factor. The adjustment of electrical parameters is directly related to the actual spark position in machining.
4.The effect of electrode loss in machining. The electrode loss is inevitable in EDM process , which makes the finished dimension smaller than the standard value. The electrode loss must be properly controlled to ensure that the dimensions of the machining conform to the standard.
5.The effect of processing depth control. The depth of the feed direction in the machining dimension is a particularly important dimension. The control precision of depth depends on whether the machining size is qualified or not.
